Categories
There were three categories of the competition:
Innovative Kitchen/Bathroom Design
Condominium kitchens are typically between 10 and 12 linear feet, bathrooms are often 8’ x 5’. How to make the most of the space and keep it looking good, fully functional, and still unique is always a challenge.Smart Storage Ideas
Increasingly multiple people are living in smaller spaces. Whether they are roommates, couples, families or multi-generations, being able to store your things is crucial. Innovating, interesting storage ideas were what we were looking for.Amazing Amenity Spaces
Most condominiums have a gym and party room as standard, but times are changing. Co-working spaces, cafes and specialty work out rooms are now becoming the norm. The amenities at Reina will be 5000sf, in the rough layout provided. We asked students to give their craziest (even impractical) suggestions!
